I would really like to send a compliment to 2 staff members but I’m unsure how to do this.
I have just switched to EE as you are the only UK network who could do what I needed - I wanted to set up a Apple Watch on a family plan for my son to use with its own number without my child having a physical phone. Both members of staff I had contact with that day were switched on to what I wanted to do and went through problem solving as it wasn’t letting me do it .
they Helped me through the technical issues and stayed with me until the problem was resolved.
I think they deserve to know they are doing an amazing job and I for one am a very happy customer .
I took one of their names sadly- Rob technical services. I’m hoping it’s also on my account the other young lady who initially saw what the issue was and why I couldn’t do this.
if someone could point me in the right direction.
