Hi @Stevo5171,

Welcome to the EE Community

Are the phones finding the available bluetooth connection if so what happens when you try and connect?

Are both phones on the latest software via Settings> General> Software update?

When having any type of connection issues, including with Bluetooth, a reset of the network settings of the phone may help resolve. This will delete WiFi settings as well though so make sure you have any passwords handy you need, but this would be done via Settings> General> Transfer or reset iPhone> Reset> Reset network settings

Done everything mentioned in your reply still no joy could there be a fault with the iPhone 15 ? If so do I take it to my local EE shop or do I go to Apple Store ? I need it fixed asap as I need to pair it with an hearing aid

@neil7171   Go to the Apple Store if you can.  You’ll need to book an appointment through.   Also take with you any information you have about the hearing aid.
