I will never ever take a honor product again......ordered magic pro 8 good enough phone .....but redemption items were in league of the open...magic pad 3 , watch, charger ... Did redemption on day it open 22nd of January.... Not heard anything now a email nothing... States on page that came up with redemption code when I filled in information 45 days......which was last Friday.... When I email all I get is we are working on you claim generic email.... Never ever will I use this lot again

Not sure how this an EE issue over a promotion offered by the manufacturer. Your post says you contacted them and they have said they are working on it As such they will (I assume) get in touch.
I would add the promotion is for "new" not good enough and it maybe you might not qualify.

I know you'll be eager to receive your promotional items from the manufacturer as soon as possible.
Just having a look at their Promotions page FAQ's, I notice it says "Your items will be shipped to the address entered during your online claim submission within 45 days of the date your claim is successfully validated by our team."
Has it been over 45 days since receiving the email confirming your claim has been validated and accepted?

As it's now past the 45 days, I'd suggest visiting the page my colleague @Ali_A has shared above and getting in direct contact with Honor. If you head to the bottom of the page, there are different options to use for getting in touch. They'll be the best people to speak to about your claim with them.

Oh I have tried ... They must ask for sale information over and over ask me to be patient and that they have pased itv in to back-office team
