Thinking of adding an Ultra Watch 2 paired plan to my account but I’m a bit confused about whether when it comes to numbers and PAC codes on the app when looking to check out.
Any help appreciated

pac codes are only used when moving from one network to another.
Do you already have the watch or wanting to buy the watch as an add on to your plan? The watch has its own number for account purposes.
Make sure that you have the DPD app if ordering a device, as the PIN code needed to receive the device is on there.

I don’t have the watch yet I would be buying off the app not sure whether to get the sim free version and just use the Bluetooth on my phone as my phone is would always be with me when wearing the watch

@Mccl2025 , EE do not offer the bluetooth version, they only offer cellular ones, `I would suggest speaking to customer service and ordering it that way. `Personally I always ring them when upgrading, so have never done it any other way.
