Trying to add mobile billing to my apple id. Each time ive tried to add this type of payment method i receive the same issue “there may be a billing issue with your mobile account. Contact your provider or add a new payment method.” How do i fix this? Recently switched from android to iphone. Never once had an issue with android when adding mobile billing now ive come to iphone it wont work. Also it is pay as you go.

@ReVolt  Was your android device on contract or PAYG ?     Your not billed on PAYG so how do you add to bill when making purchases.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Exactly the same as my apple one. Pay as you go. All ive done is switch the sim card from the android to the iphone.

@ReVolt  Have a read of this

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The bill comes straight from your mobile credit. If you have the required credit then the payment goes through and the credit is removed. If you dont then the purchase wont go through.

Done all this. Once i go through that exact process is where im getting the issue. “ there may be a billing issue with your mobile account. Contact your provider or add a new payment method”

"Add to bill" on PAYG = Charge to PAYG Credit.
