Phone won’t charge keeps showing not a genuine battery
Hiya I had a replacement phone from ee and ever since then it keeps saying not a genuine iPhone battery and won’t charge what can I do ???thanks in advance

My Iphone was stolen and I do not know if I have to turn off my e-sim? The iphone is blocked. Can I use the same e-sim qr card?
Sim not supported on my IPhone 8 Plus
I mistakenly clicked the reset button on my iPhone 8 Plus, , now it’s showing Sim not supported , what should I do? I have tried another Sim and it’s still the same. Please help

Hi I went to Ee shop two weeks ago my new iPhone 15 text was big and wanted Ee to sort it out they said we can’t not got the equipment here so go to a phone repair shop . Why do I pay insurance. I’m not happy with Ee been with them for years
