Hiya I had a replacement phone from ee and ever since then it keeps saying not a genuine iPhone battery and won’t charge what can I do ???

@Shaniah2010 You contact customer services about this and tell them the issue with the replacement device. How long have you had this device for ?

Is there not a way I can chat to them online as don’t like speaking on the phone and Only since February
