How do I fix?

I only went on a EE subscription for Apple Watch,  now this shows up.. I'm not going to phone as I've seen other posts on here with the same issue (but no solution) saying how they waited for hours and loads of broken promises.

If you have received this message when adding the data plan for the watch, you would need to call us in 150. The team can look into the account and run some checks to see if this can be added for you.

@liamtpry  as you’ve just joined EE you can not just add an additional device to your account until you’ve made one payment for the phone contract.  

 If you do call customer services they might be able to process this as its  just not possible via your online account yourself until you’ve been billed and paid for the contract.
