Hey @nickyb72

I can see @Chris_B has offered some suggestions, if the device continues to not switch on and you have no insurance you can check all upgrade options in your EE app or EE account online for when you're back in the UK for the delivery.

I hope the iPhone comes back on for the rest of your time in Spain.

Leanne.

Hi @nickyb72

Thanks for coming to the community.

Oh no this is not what you want when on holiday! Do you have insurance with us?

If you have insurance, please see the Mobile Phone Insurance page for full information and help on making a claim.

Thanks.

Leanne.

@nickyb72  If it shut down it so after going in the pool don’t try and restart it.,    Keep it someplace warm but of of direct sunlight.   You need to leave it to dry out.  72h minimum at least.  It might work but trying to restart when it’s shout down itself isn’t good as it could do more damage.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
