Hi, I don't know if this the right place to post this but I need help from someone from EE to help track my phone.
I dropped it off at a shop for repair and they had to send it away to be fixed, it took 8 days to get to the repair centre, it was fixed in a day and the repair centre said they were sending it back to the store, it's currently been 12 days since they said that and the tracking hasn't changed. I contacted the store I dropped it off at and they said they hadn't yet received it and were unable to help as they had no way to track it while it was in transit.
Is there anyone from EE that can help?
