Hi I lost my iPhone 15 pro max on 24th March at Around 9:45 pm and submitted a claim on the next day, they keep saying I will be contacted via the insurance team but there’s no response, I paid £204 last month actually they took it via direct debit without consent they have given that money after a week + £135 at the time of purchase and Also as you all know paying £15 for insurance, but they stated on their policies that 24 Hours replacement would be processed, but no response, I have a flight to catch in next 2 days how can I resolve my issue, why I have paid money? And in future why I need to pay?, and that lady kept saying that they don't have any timeline is it the service from the UK’s no 1 service provider?

Thanks for coming here.
I am sorry to hear you have not yet heard anything from our Insurance team.
There is an excess fee to pay when making a claim on your insurance. You can find what this fee will be HERE.
As you are due to leave the UK in 2 days, I would recommend giving us another call to chase this further.
