Resolved! Sending a text overseas with RCS messaging.

Occasionally a friend of mine who lives in the UK, travels overseas (Spain, Turkey usually) and I was wondering now that RCS messaging has been enabled with iOS 18, if sending a text to someone who is overseas will this still incur a charge?Thanks.

Hi, I'm looking at switching from android to iPhone. I currently have a sim only deal and a watch sim.Looking at the sim only all rounder for apple, does this give me data, calls, messages on watch if I get iwatch as well?Thanks
