Apple One £5 Charge Despite Being On Full Works

I have an iPhone Full Works package. The website clearly states that you can get Apple One or TNT at no extra charge with this package, however, when I went to activate it online it said there is going to be a £5 charge. I only purchased Full Works over the All Rounder for iPhone as Apple One was going to be available at no extra cost. I've called the call centre and 1 agent said there definitely will be a £5 charge and then hung up on me and another agent said it should be free and if I end up getting billed I could request a refund. All a bit vauge and still not clear if I am going to be charged. Does anyone have experience of this please?

@TBH83  It’s £5 if you have the all rounder tariff it’s included with the full work.   Double check you do have the full works tariff.

Thanks Chris. I definitely have Full Works. The desktop site still says £5, but mobile app seems to suggest there's no cost now that I've activated the add-on. Hopefully just a website glitch. Guess I'll just have to track via billing and address with customer services if I do get billed the £5. What surprised me most is that the 1st agent I spoke to was insistent that there was a £5 charge even with Full Works despite that being the only difference I can see between All Rounder and Full Works. Hopefully the outcome will be that there's no charge as it's literally the only reason I chose the Full Works package.
