upgrade I Phone 15 , network provider ee has vanished .My phone seems to be working but no EE and no MSN can not make calls ects nothing coming to me . Any help welcome

My old Iphone SE has died and won't charge. Trying to upgrade online and by telephone. But both say they need to verify by sending text. But obviously can't receive the text. Can I get round this by going into store? Very frustrating.
