Had my phone picked up today, no i cant transfer my phone number. Can someone suggest how to add sim account as i cannot make outgoing calls?

What was the reason for your old phone being "picked up"?
Did you remove your SIM from the phone before it was picked up? And put it into the new/replacement phone?
