Can’t get a replacement phone

Hi I reported my iPhone 16 lost and a block was placed on the phone, I found the phone and the block was removed. My screen needs fixing by Apple through AppleCare+ but they are saying the phone is blacklisted through checkmend how long will the black list take to come off?

I can't say for sure how much of a delay there is on third party block checks updating, but we'd not expect this to be long. 

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our team so we can check the right IMEI has definitely been unblocked here, and check everything is as it should be at our end.
