No way to contact EE store for update on repair

I gave in my iPhone yesterday afternoon for an in-store battery replacement, paid, and was told it would be completed by the next day. Today I have checked the online repair tracker and it says 'The device needs to be exchanged and the swap device has been requested'. I was expecting an email update discussing this, and couldn't find one, only to realise my email address was spelled incorrectly on my confirmation by my agent. I have tried calling the store for 30 minutes and cannot get anyone to pick up, and cannot go into the store today to sort this. How can I get in contact with the store when they won't pick up any calls and I cannot visit in person? Thanks

I'm so sorry to hear that your phone repair isn't happening the way you were expecting, and I can understand your frustration. The easiest way to speak with the store is to go in person, and they will be able to give you more information. Are you able to stop by tomorrow?
