Apple watch series 9

  • I have just bought a series 9 cellular apple watch. Works fine until I try to connect to the ee cellular service. Says ee does not connect 

How do I get it to connect to my ee sim

You can have a look at our How do I set up my Apple Watch? page, as well as Activating your Apple Watch series 9 for help with setting up. 

Do you have multiple lines on your EE account? You may need to check if you have reached the max number of lines available. To do this just give our Customer Service team a call on 150 from your mobile who will be able to check and help get you set up if needed.
