Resolved! Visual Voicemail

Hey,I've just moved to EE today but I'm struggling to figure out how to set up visual voicemail. I can find instructions for iPhone but not for a Google Pixel/Android device.Any tips?

Update has removed Apps

A recent update has removed finger print recognition/ pin code and all apps I loaded. Also says I'm now on the 3 network.(Motorola G14). Can EE sort this or Motorola?

Samsung s24 ultra

Google Pixel 8 pro
