My partner had a problem with her Samsung A15. The EE Store in Coleraine could not solve it.
The Facebook and Messenger App were not updating properly. Posts were all old!
Phoned EE CALL Centre which was in Cardiff.
Chap called Jacob instructed me what to do on my IPhone. I followed his instructions and adjusted the settings on the Samsung A15.
Facebook and Messenger are now working perfectly thanks to Jacob!
I cannot thank Jacob enough. Thank you.

Great to hear. For the benefit of other forum users who may come on here wanting help with a similar issue, do you know what settings Jacob altered?
