Google Pixel 8 pro

My Pixel 8 Pro is stuck in the boot cycle. It gave me the option to reset to factory settings which i did but its failed to boot up properly and again is stuck in the cycle. 

Help ??

Where did you get the phone from, was it new or second hand and have you successfully been able to use it before without any problems?
