Samsung s24 ultra

My phone has frozen on full page of samsung wallet and cannot get it to close.  Can get drop down menu to work to restart.  Do I just let it run out of power?

Can you try the steps in the Samsung phone or tablet freezes and crashes to force reboot the device, does this work for you?
