A recent update has removed finger print recognition/ pin code and all apps I loaded. Also says I'm now on the 3 network.
(Motorola G14). Can EE sort this or Motorola?

Where/how does your phone now say you're on the 3 network?
Is the phone still functioning otherwise? Software updates are normally released by the manufacturer, albeit with the MNO as a gatekeeper.
