Phone restarted and want to be unlocked, My EE says the IMEI umber is unlocked

I have an unused samsung Galaxy A21s and want to ebay it. I was pottering a bit around to get to factory reset. Maybe I have done the reset.

When restarting I am asked for password to log in again, I have tried the passwords i was using, but unknown. Have gone deep in to try to reset password with the method Samsung advise, but no success. Any ideas will be tested.

Could you let me know which password the phone is asking for? Or, could you add a screenshot of the message showing on the phone?
