Trying to unlock iPhone 11 Pro max

Trying to unlock my iPhone 11 pro Max I’ve done the online IMEI request and it keeps telling me there’s a problem on Apple side this has been happening for two weeks now how do I unlock my phone so I can put another network in? I’ve sent a screenshot of the error message I get what do I do?

Welcome to the community.

Many iPhones are already partially unlocked, so it is worth trying to put another network SIM into the phone to see if it will complete the unlocking process. You can also text UNLOCK to 150 when there is an EE SIM in the phone to check the status.

If it is still locked, give our customer service guides a call and they'll be able to look into this further for you.
