Is anyone else having problems with calls on their phone? Mine’s not been working for make calls or receive calls - the live chat doesn’t work either so EE aske me to call 150 and I can’t call customer service.

Apple iWatch

HiI've just purchased a Series 10 Apple iWatch with cellular and GPS connectivity. I have a monthly contract SIM with EE. Do I need to contact EE to pair the iWatch to my EE contract? Also, do I need another SIM to make this all work? Many thanks!
