My landline has stopped recieving calls and placing calls. It was working fine last night.

When I dial out it says this number is temporarily unavailable, and when i dial my mobile (not EE but another provider) it says this number is unavailable.

My broadband connection seems to be working fine for the computer and mobile.

I have unplugged the phone line and the power cable and replugged after about 10 seconds - and the phone still doesnt work. I called the tech folk but there is a 45min wait. Any suggestions?

I too ma having issues with Digital Voice.  Been ok since I switched over from BT.  Today every number I call says unavailable.  Broadband is working fine.  On Pro Hub.  Rebooted twice without a resolution. Restarted two handsets but get same issue on each handset.  Any help appreciated as use landline a lot as I WFH. My mobile signal weak and Wifi calling keeps dropping so its invaluable

@SjdHatters You want to get the wi-fi calling sorted out as a major fix, should be NO reason what so ever for it NOT to function but EE have dropped the ball on wi-fi calling via the router before now.

As for DV landline and Router working, if the off/on does not fix it then you have NO choice but to get EE involved.

Text PHONE to 66033 and wait for them to call you back on the mobile!

Thanks for the prompt response.  Been on hold to tech support for an hour which is frustrating.

Problem with WiFi calling is hard to pin down where the problem lies so everyone passes the buck.  Could be the handset, could be Vodafone, could be Hub.  No one wants to help which is also frustrating.

See what tech say if I ever get through

Hello @CharlieNam ,

Welcome to the community,

Try texting HELP to 66033, you will then get a call back once someone is available, do this, via your mobile phone linked to your account, they will run a check.

You can also use the number in my signature to ring customer service and press option 2, you should get one of the guides to speak to you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I’m having the same issue with my mobile. Can’t make or receive calls.  And no one can call me either/get through. Doesn’t even connect. I’m on hold to EE busy days it will be 1h30m! Has anyone else got this issue?

I have the same problem. I can call someone who is on EE mobile but not other networks. Only been with EE for a couple of days so not happy with this at all.

@Gloria76 @CharlieNam , have you tried ringing 150 and then pressing option 1 for mobile and then 2, you should get through to one of the guides? Try ringing at another time if busy.

@CharlieNam 2nd poster today so there may be an EE issue on the DV router side! Not saying that is it, but was an EE Pro no dial out or receive calls!
