Good morning. I wish to temporarily divert landline calls (EE) to my mobile phone (None EE) I have tried *21* and was told my landline did not support this. I tried 150,1,2,4,1 but that also did not work. I have a pre paid account for a certain number of calls from my phone including mobiles so any diversion should not incurr a charge. My landline phone is a panasonic touch pad. How is it done please.

Hey @Old-Bill do you still have an old fashioned Landline that plugs into the phone socket? If so you will need to call customer services and get the service added to your phone account. If I remember it is one of the chargeable extras - £5 per month I think.

@Old-Bill If your landline support's call divert, see the link below to the home phone help.

Thanks JimM11. I had tried all those suggestions and it did not work. Another reply has explained why - still plugs into the old phone socket so would have to pay for the service which as a one off is not worth it. Thanks for the reply.

@Old-Bill no worries, actually I think the prices have gone up again, plus unless you have a call plan you end up paying a connection charge as well as the cost of the call. Not cheap these days.
You could possibly leave a message on your answer service to ask people to call your mobile - just a thought.
