Hub not connecting.

My hub is not connecting to the internet. EE are saying there is a power issue to my hub yet the light is on, how can that be?

Resolved! VAT bill

How can I get my VAT bills?  I read on here they're only issued for Business costumers, but that's ridiculous.  The company I work for reimburses my bills and is VAT registered and needs the VAT bill to claim back.Any advise please?

Resolved! Cannot link product

I'm trying to set up direct debit for my EE mobile broadband but when I'm logging it to link my product with the account number on my bill it's saying cannot be found. Has anyone fixed this without it been a phone call at all ?

No TV service on Upstairs TV

I have had no TV service upstairs since last night. I rebooted the Router, and nothing has changed. Trouble is, you can't even get EE on 150. Seems the Broadband is not connecting to the TV box upstairs. Any ideas?JC6310
