No TV service on Upstairs TV

I have had no TV service upstairs since last night. I rebooted the Router, and nothing has changed. Trouble is, you can't even get EE on 150. Seems the Broadband is not connecting to the TV box upstairs. Any ideas?

@JC6310   what about your box upstails, ?

Have you followed any of the steps in the Help pages?

Are you referring to 'Restoring EE TV Data' ?  The TV has a message that states the Broadband has not been found. The TV shows an IVM102 message and states there is 'No programming Info available' 

I'm not currently at home but I can try that when I get in.

I'm having the same problem with my upstairs Hub. It comes on but the TV shows... 'No Programme information available' followed by error message IVN102
