I am trying to contact EE re an order my elderly parents have placed, no numbers are working, my dad is 80 and knows nothing about tech and my mum has Alzheimer’s, I really need to speak to someone about this.  Do you have any numbers that are working please

Unfortunately no, there is an outage at EE’s end which they are looking into, as you can see from here:
