BT Broadband

Had BT Broadband and a Vodafone mobile.Decided to go EE with my mobile and thats Fine.My Broadband with the guy in the EE shop told me the Broad band would transfer to EE.I have received a final bill from BT but cannot access my EE Account?

Stand alone 5g eSIM

I’ve just got a text from EE saying I can get enhanced services in the 5g stand alone service and need to update to a new eSIM.Is this likely to be a genuine message from re? Has anyone/everyone else had this?thanks

Printer Slow Epson ET-2920 - OK on BT Hub

Printed at good speed on BT Hub (15 secs) - on EE Hub slows to a crawl (5 minutes).Epson ET-2820 connects via wi-fi to laptop.Switched EE to 2.4Ghz only.  No change.No spare slots on printer for ethernet cable - only one to my PC, everyone else uses ...

Where’s my order?

I ordered the iPhone 16 pro on the 6th- recieved my confirmation but still no phone. The tracking system isnt working either.

No internet

Iv done the online checks and everything is saying that my internet is fine however after over an hour trying to reset reboot and everything google says we still have no connection! Is anyone else having these issues?

Cant afford monthly payyment

Hi all im struggling to pay my bill each month and have asked them  to reduce but they have said they cant do anything and cant help me! Is there any other suggestions from anyone that would help me? 

EE credit checked me even though I didn't order?!

I looked a couple of times at upgrading but decided not to before finishing the order. I've received notification that EE hard checked me despite me not completing the order.  How is that even allowed? I stopped the order because I couldn't be bother...
