Hello
So I left EE and started my new broadband service with sky on Tuesday 5th August.
My last bill was on the 24 July which covers 24 Jul - 23 Aug for £47, and has left my bank account this week.
So can I expect a refund and a closing account bill? When should this happen at the latest?

Yes, at the latest on your next billing date of 24 Aug. but most likely within a week of you migrating to Sky.

Well it isn't yet,but I trust your advice it will be but giving EE up to the end of the month,before I chase it more if I need to.

Oh well yes no more queries on the topic all being well. But no not sorted yet as enough time hasn't past yet allow my final bill to arrive (in a week or on 23rd) which is what I thought you was asking.
