Issue logging into NOW TV after transferring to EE

Hello,

can anyone advise how we log in to our NOWTV, as we swapped from BT to EE and now are unable to login with the given details appears, there are two accounts under the same email address linked.

the given username does not work, resetting password goes to the original email address linked account so that does not work either, I have now tried to delete the original NOWTV account.

any help?

Hi @SGStokes25 ,

Based on the records at our end, we see that your NOW memberships/accounts are linked to your gmail account that you've used to sign-in to this community. Please can you try with that ID and if you are still experiencing issues, could we request you to send an email eetvsupport@bt.com briefing the issue along with your account number and email address that should be linked for NOW account and we shall take a look at this further?

Did you receive an email from NOW after your account was set up to verify your email? It would be sent to the email address that the account is linked to.

hello,

we had an existing account with NOWtv prior to swapping to EE, we were provided a username for this. But this does not work, and when we try to reset the password it is the the original account and not the one linked with EE

You should still be getting an email when you move over to EE, which would be confirming the new subscription. 

If you've not had that and the previous login doesn't give access, I'd recommend giving our TV team a call, and they'll be able to check the email address it is linked to and that it is set up correctly.

so we had access until 12/03 when the previous subscription expired, and we have tried to use the account through EE which has not worked, we were given a username but when we try to reset the password, that does not work as the email address is linked to both accounts

It would be something that you'd need to speak to our TV team about @SGStokes25, as it will need them to check the subscription access on your account. If you give them a call when you can, they'll be able to help.

I have just sent an email to this email address, as we still have had no luck, and cannot get through to either NOWTV OR EE direclty, as when called yourselves were told to talk to NOW but they on their website state we to deal with EE, and do not have an option on their phoneline to deal with this

As per the update earlier (on 17th March), your NOW account has been linked to the right email you've emailed to us and our records suggest you've set-up the password as well to access on NOW platform. As requested over email, please can you help us with a brief of exact issue you are experiencing along with some snapshots or video so we can assist you better on this?
