Hi
Like many others I'm really struggling to activate the 6 month free Apple TV subscription. I have the add on live on my account, however the link I was sent via 150 does not work, just goes straight to apple tv home page with the offer of a free 7 day trial. I've had two lengthy calls with EE now, one suggesting I openened the link over mobile data (doesn't work) and another where I was just fobbed off and never heard back. Not sure why something so seemingly simple is proving complicated with zero support on offer from EE. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

I have been onto EE 3 times about activating my Apple TV. Still can't solve it. I can't get into my plans on the app. Technical team today said that they would send my email today but they haven't. I have had enough and thinking of going somewhere else after only 2 weeks with EE.

Did this ever get resolved? I'm in the same situation. ee said they were looking into it and I've heard nothing.

No, I haven't got it resolved, I will try again Monday, as its causing me stress and a lot of my work time. If they do not sort it on Monday, I am cancelling as I only wanted the Free Apple TV. I went from BT to EE, but I might swop to Sky.

Hi Leanne, I'm in the same situation as this poster. Signed up Sept. Still not able to activate the apple tv offer.getting 'we've had problems loafing this into. Please try again later.' Can you advise how I can get his activated? Waiting an hour on the webchat

I'm also having the same issue. I have contacted support but they just walked me through the instructions on the EE website.
I would like someone from technical support to contact me about this.
It has already been a month into my plan and I've followed every set of instructions including sending TV PLUS to 150, which only returns a prompt to send a 'YES' text to confirm, which then returns 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try a little later.' It's been a month so I can say it's been 'later'.
Using a link from the EE main page which said "Activate Apple TV+" leads to a page which prompts me to accept free 6 month trial, login then asks me to verify my EE phone number is attached to the plan, but this returns with failure saying, "Cannot verify this phone number. Please contact EE"
I have used other browsers, private mode, even created new Apple TV+ accounts. Nothing works.

@AunryApple Is it through your mobile or broadband and TV you have the Apple TV+? Is it showing active in your Add-ons for mobile or in TV extras if its through the TV you have it?
Have you been sent an activation link by text?
@Orlad Is it the broadband and TV package you are getting the Apple TV+ through? When is it that error is popping up, when trying to access your Plans and Subscriptions section of the online account?

Yes - when I go to Manage extras on the TV section, the apple TV 6 months trial is there. When I click on START ACTIVATION it says "We've had a problem loading this info. Please try again in a while.'
