My now tv membership should have been transferred from Talktalk to EE but it wasn’t so NOW keeps asking what subscription I want.
It’s inclusive on the EE package but I can’t cancel it on Talktalk as the account is now frozen. Customer service suggested going to shop where I purchased broadband package, not good enough . Shops in wales I’m in bucks EE said it would be done by them .

Have you tried speaking with Now TV directly, to see if there's anything they can do on their systems to free up the subscription?
