Hi
Like many others I'm really struggling to activate the 6 month free Apple TV subscription. I have the add on live on my account, however the link I was sent via 150 does not work, just goes straight to apple tv home page with the offer of a free 7 day trial. I've had two lengthy calls with EE now, one suggesting I openened the link over mobile data (doesn't work) and another where I was just fobbed off and never heard back. Not sure why something so seemingly simple is proving complicated with zero support on offer from EE. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

When you remove a free trial, you cannot add it back on yourself, I can see @DarrenW-Tech has offered to help or you give our customer care team a call and they can look at this for you.

Hi. I've been unable to get support to contact me and my 6 months of free Apple+ tv have lapsed, without any support, contact or effort to fix this.
From my perspective I've been lied to and am due a refund, but I would accept a 6 month trial that actually works.
Please make some effort to co contact me.

Please give our Customer Care a call where a guide in the technical team can investigate further the cause of your Apple+ TV trial not working, and the steps to get it set up for you.
