This has just started appearing on my EE app when I log in. I have not clicked on any link. My DD are in place and bill is paid. Is this a new scam ? And how do I get rid of it ?

Resolved! Potential scam call 07392839299

Received a call from 07392 839299 claiming to be EE, they said they could reduce my phone bill,  which raised alarms as ive recently upgraded!  I said that I didn't think this was a genuine EE call and then he hung up the phone very quickly!
