Suspected scam

Hi guys, Just got an email from EE saying that I owe £6.21 on my final bill. My account said fully paid up. I am ignoring this scam but just as a heads up don't open up this message

Could you forward the email to phishing@ee.co.uk, so it can be checked further?

You owe money to EE & they address you by "Valued Customer", not by name? LOL!
