Hi Ali,
I'm not sure if this is helpful but I've just received 5 calls from someone trying to send me new SIM cards and telling me that I will lose access to all EE services if I don't. The number they used was 07393393511.
What tipped me off was that they were increasingly rude on the phone when I started asking if they were really with EE.
Thanks.
