I got a popup saying i was locked out of appstore as I had too many viruses. To remove viruses click on link. Is this a scam and how do i get rid of it.?

Welcome to the community.

From what you've described, I'd recommend avoiding the link and not entering any personal details.

Try closing the pop-up and reopening what you were doing before it appeared. If it continues to appear, try restarting your device.
