Hi there,

A web software we use is being flagged by Advanced Web Protection as being potential scam. When I turn this off, it allows me access. It recently had a new SSL certificate issued on the 6th I believe, is someone able to manually review this.

The same occurs on BT as well.

The site is https://salon.getslick.com

@mdumtshali , I have managed to get it up ok with VPN and I can access the website, both on WIFI and mobile network connections.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

VPN and Mobile Data would work fine, Advanced Web Protection applies to the DNS - set account level.

We need EE/BT to whitelist the domain.

Hi Team,

Any update here, or can this be escalated? The site is a business software so every day this progresses is problematic.
