my dad used to pay for my phone bill however now i do not talk to him so i need to purchase a new sim card but i also want to keep my phone number, how do i do this?

To add, if you want to move an EE line to another network - that is done via a PAC. If you want to remain with EE, but change the legal ownership & account holder, then that's not a PAC but a change of owner.

You would need to speak to your dad to do a change of ownership @elliedeakin. As he is the account holder he'd need to request to stop the cancellation notice first of all, then speak to our billing guides to authorise the change to you.

Once he has done that, you'd be able to call up and run through a credit check with our team to transfer the number to your name.
