@SimonBotley , @Dankee89 : Are you on a mobile contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Can I talk to you please 

 

I'm trying to remove age and content block 

 

I just wanna remove content kick mate nothing more but apparently I need to
go to store a bank card driving licence passport isn’t good enough

@SimonBotley  you need to call customer support on 150 and request content lock be removed and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have content not removed or you can go to an EE store with in date  photo ID to make this request there. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
