Resolved! Sim Size?

What size sim cards get sent out when I order a new plan?Is it one of those multi size cards?

Replacement SIM card

I have been to the local EE shop and they advised me I need a new SIM card and gave me a number, but this does not give any options for replacement SIM cards and doesn't recognise my mobile number (I was an Orange customer)

My bt number still not ported across

Yes sir it will be done by midnight that was last Friday? this Monday, This Tuesday, now it’s Wednesday guess what? It’s still not happened yes they’re polite but come on this is terrible service.

PAC code not recognised

Hi, I transferred three BT contracts over to EE on the weekend. The BT adviser gave me three PAC codes for use with our new EE SIM cards. All three PAC codes are not being recognised in the transfer process. Any advice please.

What to do next?

I have just moved from BT mobile to EE and got a new handset at same time.  EE have given a new number to my new handset. What do I do to transfer my old number please?  PAC code? Or do I swap my SIM from old phone to new phone?

I have just received my new EE Sim Card I have inserted it into my phone but no signal seems to be showing?When I bought this contract I chose to keep my old number how do I do that please?

New Sim Issue

My new sim keeps losing its connection from my phone. I keep getting the “No Sim Installed” error message.  When I restart the phone the issue is solved but after a while the same issue returns.any idea? Thank you
