Hello,
Order a new SIM card after misplacing my old SIM and when putting it into a new unlocked phone it just says "Emergency Calls only". I have tried in another unlocked phone too and it says the same so I can't activate the SIM!
Is the SIM faulty? Is there a way of getting another sent out without paying £1.50 again?

It would not be faulty, but looks like it needs activating. If you are near an EE store, they should be able to sort this out for you, otherwise, if you have Skype you can ring customer service for free or ring from another phone for free:

That happened to me and I rang customer service, who then sorted it out.
