Change sim card abroad

Hi there,I am currently in Qatar and trying to use another sim card on the phone. The error message this is appearing says Sim network u lock nck. Could you please advise how I can unlock the phone to allow me to use a second sim? 

Keeping old number

I have recently got a new phone contract qith EE and I'm trying to move my number from my old network Three, but when I input my PAC number it says its wrong. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Text to get PAC code not working

I have text to get PAC code to leave EE. Contract finishes today. Keep getting message 'due to account status we cannot process your request". Same on-line on my account. Anyone know if there is an issue or why I cannot get it? TIA

Phone number transfer

I got a iPhone 14, keeping my old number, how do I set up on phone I assume I have an eSIM. I didn't have an iPhone previously and it seems to want a QR code of some info. Like SM-DP + address etcWhere do I get these
