Ported my number

I port my number to EE but my internet is not working from 4 days they said it will be activated in 3 days i want to know what is going on i called at 150 and they put me on hold for 34minutes and still didn’t get off the hold i want a solution ASAP

@Joy2143   Have you using the phone that you had with the other network?  If you are have you changed the APN settings ?  What phone is it ?
