Can I use a normal phone sim in a router.

I’m looking at the 125GB 24 month plan for £31 with 1 smart benefit included. can I put this in a mobile router? im wanting to use it for iPads and laptops etc and my local EE shop says it’s a phone sim and wont work in a router.

How long until my SIM arrives?

I have signed up to a 25GB SIM plan, switching from O2 to EE, will I be sent a new SIM card? I included my PAC code in the application form so hopefully will be put straight on to my new number.Many thanks

Sim activation

I can upgraded my Huawei phone to a Samsung S20 FE. Put the new SIM card into the phone and activated it on ee website as advised but it is not yet ready to use. My old phone is still working and the swap hasnt taken place for 3 days
