My number from BT has ported over to my new EE sim today.
the BT sim died so I put the EE one in but hours later I am still not on my old number the the new number on the sim isn’t working either. I cannot call any number including 150 without receiving a ‘you have dialled an incorrect number’ message! Any help? I can’t even call anyone!

The SIM card needs activation and for some reason ee are having problems doing that

I have. And yes- my eSim has not activated.
God alone knows how much business I’ve lost.

Fixed.
butI had to call in to an EE shop and get a new Sim made. Take photo Id and they will make one that doesn’t need activation and just works.
Which makes me wonder why the online sales can’t do that…
